The labour market is aware of the upheavals created by globalization of the economy and of technology and also by the proliferation of networks: rapid evolution of job opportunities, frequent use of networks by organizations, diffusion of the culture of quality, has become inseparable from strategies for success in business, sharing of work time and the precariousness of workers’ status. The student world has also evolved rapidly. The splitting of this demand works in favour of partnerships between education, industry and local and regional authorities, as well as in favour of greater mobility between institutions. The need for the student to be confronted to the world of work and real life within society has become an irreversible reality. The general aim of education should be to prepare young people for live and work.
Aside from the direct objectives of the project, which obviously will benefit VET institutions, teachers, trainers and representatives of the local authority greatly, the partnership will, by its nature promote cooperation and networking between the partner institutions and those otherwise served by the project. All the attendants’ of the vision will be improved with the help of the cooperation.
Transnational partnership assures answers and indicates innovative solutions that do not exist yet, go beyond existent national practice and thus show incontestable European added value.
The European dimension of the project it’s for the involved organization an unique opportunity to compare their needs from different point of view (cultural, historical, social) finding out the possible solutions. Taking part in a European cooperation project is also a way of self-assess. Facing the different way in which one need can be perceived and comparing the different systems with which operate can be very relevant.
